Terms of Service

Kluy is a tool for managing projects, clients, partners, and the money flow of your work (tracking revenue, costs, invoices and payment records). Kluy is not a bank, payment processor, accounting firm, or financial/legal advisor, and does not move or hold funds. Payment and invoice entries are records you create for your own bookkeeping.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (at least 16).
• You can delete your account at any time from within the app (Settings) or by emailing support@thekluy.com.

You keep ownership of the content you put into Kluy (projects, messages, files, client and payment records). You grant us only the limited permission needed to host and display that content to you and the people you authorise, and to operate the service.

Kluy includes messaging and comments between you and the people you invite. You agree not to use Kluy to post or share content that is unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, infringing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to misuse the service (e.g. attempting to breach security, access data you’re not entitled to, or disrupt the service).

• No tolerance for objectionable content or abuse. We do not allow it, and accounts that violate this may be suspended or removed.
• Reporting — you can report objectionable content or an abusive user by emailing support@thekluy.com (in-app reporting and blocking is being added). We act on credible reports, typically within 24 hours, including removing content and removing the responsible user where warranted.
• Blocking— you can remove a person’s access to a project at any time, which stops them from messaging you there.

Kluy relies on providers such as Supabase (hosting), Brevo (email), Google (optional sign-in and the Drive file picker), and Cloudflare. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms. If you link a Google Drive file, Kluy stores only the link — sharing and access remain governed by Google Drive.

We work to keep Kluy available and may update, add, or remove features over time. We may suspend the service for maintenance or to protect it. We may update these Terms; for material changes we’ll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Kluy is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Figures Kluy displays (totals, P&L, currency conversions) are for your convenience and are not professional financial or accounting advice; you are responsible for verifying them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ENIGMA GLOBAL LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Kluy. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You may stop using Kluy and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use Kluy in a way that risks harm to others or to the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
