Privacy Policy — Kluy Fiverr Earnings Sync

The Kluy — Fiverr Earnings Sync extension lets a Fiverr freelancer import their own Fiverr earnings into their own Kluy account (thekluy.com) so they can track income, expenses, and net profit alongside their other work. This policy explains exactly what the extension accesses, how that data is used, and who it is shared with.

When you open your Fiverr Earnings page and start an import, the extension reads:

• Your earnings activity rows — date, amount, currency, activity type (e.g. earning, purchase, withdrawal), the counterparty username shown on the row, and Fiverr’s transaction identifier.
• The earnings and expenses totals that Fiverr displays on that page.

It only reads this data on your Fiverr Earnings page, and only when you choose to import. It reads your ownaccount’s data.

• Your Fiverr password or Fiverr login/session tokens.
• Your browsing history or activity on any other website or Fiverr page.
• Any data when you are not running an import.

The captured earnings are sent over an encrypted HTTPS connection to your own Kluy account and stored there as “external income,” so Kluy can show your earnings, expenses, and net profit. This is the extension’s single purpose. The data is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated feature.

The data is sent only to your own Kluy workspace. We do not sell your data, and we do not share or transfer it to third parties such as advertising networks, data brokers, or information resellers. Data may be processed by our infrastructure providers (for hosting and database storage) solely to provide the service to you.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Kluy’s database, scoped to your workspace and protected by row-level security so only your account can read it. The import authenticates using your existing Kluy login — the extension never stores Fiverr credentials or any Kluy password.

Imported earnings remain in your Kluy account until you delete them in Kluy or close your Kluy account. To request deletion of imported data, contact us at support@thekluy.com.

Kluy’s use of information received from the Kluy — Fiverr Earnings Sync extension, and the extension’s handling of that data, adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only transfer this data to provide or improve the extension’s single purpose, and we do not sell it or use it for personalized advertising.

We may update this policy as the extension evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date.
